Each year, we generate 230 GWh of clean energy from food waste, making us the largest anaerobic digestion operator in the UK. But we go further - we have a diverse portfolio of renewable energy production facilities including 33 solar parks, six wind turbines, eight hydro-electric turbines and composting facilities. Altogether, we produce enough renewable energy to power 80,000 homes across the country every day! And we’ve picked up a few awards along the way too.
As a subsidiary of the FTSE 100 company Severn Trent who’s committed to delivering the Triple Carbon Pledge by 2030, we also play a critical role in supporting our parent company to reach this target and tackle the climate change challenge.
