With big milestones for the industry on the horizon, we were delighted to host Mary Creagh CBE MP, MP for Coventry East and Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Nature at our North London AD site.
Managing Director Jonathon Wroe, Commercial Director Mark Barnfield and the North London team had the pleasure of welcoming the MP on-site. The visit was a great opportunity to showcase our expertise in anaerobic digestion (AD) and how we have pioneered the technology over the past 15 years.
The North London AD plant has a weekly solid food waste capacity of 925 tones and a generation capacity of 26.30GWh per year. With new legislation coming into place in the first half of 2026, it's an exciting and challenging time for our industry sitting at the forefront of the government's policies and can support the government's ambitious plan to transition to Net Zero.
